2. Subscriptions

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans, as well as one-off gift purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the stated interval (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We post letters on the 1st and 15th of each month via Royal Mail. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, including all story text, characters, and website design, are and will remain the exclusive property of Love Letter Tales. Our content is protected by copyright and other laws of the United Kingdom. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Love Letter Tales, nor its owner, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
