We want you to be delighted with your story letters. If you are not satisfied, please let us know.
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term (either the month or the year). We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions cancelled mid-term. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription, you will receive the remaining letters for that month, and your subscription will not renew. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will receive letters for the remainder of the year, and your subscription will not renew.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscriptions are one-off payments and are non-refundable once the first letter has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel a gift subscription before the first letter is sent, please contact us for a full refund.
Damaged or Missing Letters
If your letter arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable time after its dispatch date (1st or 15th of the month), please contact us. We will be happy to send a replacement letter to you at no extra cost.
